A tool for organizing different events – such as councils, board of directors, and other corporate governance meetings – accessible by the administrative staff who organize daily meetings. With Concilium, every event is customizable: set the login mode; the partecipants can log in using a magnetic card or automatically, without login. Set the legal number of attendees (quorum of incorporation), and manage the groups of participants by type.<\/p>\n

Your meeting, your agenda<\/span><\/h2>\n

Write your agenda, or import one. Concilium supports CSV and TXT files, and it\u2019s integrated with the most used document management software to allow the participants to access the documents directly from the repository of the document management software in use without importing them into Concilium. The agenda can be edited live to add new items such as notes on any amendments or miscellaneous topics discussed during the meeting and not initially present in the agenda to produce a complete minutes of the event. Concilium guarantees the validity of the meetings thanks to the use of quorums at the constitution of the conference (structural quorum), during each vote (deliberative quorum), and so on. The quorum is calculated automatically, taking into account the rules set within the qourum configuration. The configurable parameters are multiple: PRIMARY VALUE, TUPE OF MAJORITY, ROUNDING, TOLERANCES, FORCING AND ABSTENTION VALUE<\/strong><\/p>\n
